The cornerstone of my work as a doula is building a deep, meaningful connection with my clients. That’s why all of my packages include bodywork—it gives us extra time together to connect, while also helping you feel your best throughout pregnancy and postpartum.

Since I'm passionate about pregnancy and birth biomechanics, I love helping clients understand and optimize the physical side of birth—it’s all about setting you up for the best birth experience possible (and of course, being ready to flow with however your journey unfolds). 

Basic Package - $1800 +tax.

2 prenatal meetings – We’ll cover childbirth education, practice comfort measures for labour, and build both a birth and postpartum plan.

2 prenatal massages – These are as relaxing as they are purposeful.

Labour & birth support – I’ll be by your side when the big day comes.

1 postnatal visit – A chance to debrief, reflect, and support your early postpartum experience.

1 postpartum massage – Because your body deserves care too, after all the magic it’s done.
